Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for young energetic candidates who will be responsible for doing numerous special projects, developments, handling retailers accounts and reporting to management.
∎ We are looking for someone who is self contained, Leader Ship quality, well understanding level on the assignments that are delegated to the candidate.
∎ The daily job description is to conduct all sort of reporting tools and update data and follow up with our local & overseas clients at regular basis.
∎ Customer Service Officers are also entitled to follow up with our production units for daily production status and planning. The candidates needs to go out with sales team to cater more better output to our exiting clients. The candidates are responsible for upholding our service level to our valued clients.
∎ Very good knowledge on MS XL and Outlook for mails. A good computer skills is a plus point. Fresh Graduates can apply for management trainee.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be at least 1/2 years experience in customer service in Garments trims & packaging industries. Product Knowledge is going to be appropriated for this position.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
