Education:

    • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Master’s degree in any discipline, with at least two First Class/Division or equivalent CGPA, and no Third Division.


Requirements:

Skills Required: Good communication skills in both English and Bangla,Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 23 to 32 years
  • Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.

  • Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.

  • Previous experience in call centre or customer service will be given preference.

  • Confidence to take challenge and fulfil daily tasks.

  • Good command in Microsoft office specially excels for daily reporting.

  • Analytics skill and working ability for team development.

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.        

  • Expert in data entry both Bangla and English.



Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed bank is seeking smart, young, and dynamic individuals for the position of Customer Service Officer (CSO).

  • Respond to incoming calls professionally, provide accurate information, and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Accurately log call details, complaints, feedback, and resolutions in the system for future reference.

  • Provide information about products/services, upsell or cross-sell where appropriate, and encourage customer engagement.

  • Meet daily/weekly call handling targets, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance benchmarks.

  • Maintain a polite, positive, and professional attitude to build trust and deliver high-quality service experiences.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and uphold ethical practices while handling sensitive information.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on customer queries to the supervisor/manager.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and customer service standards in all dealings.
