∎ Post-graduation/graduation from Business Studies (preferable BBA / MBA, major in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
∎ Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Have to be confident and grown enforcement of target basis sales in the market;
∎ Need to have mind set to visit factories.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Two or Three years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Services in any Garments Accessories Manufacturer Factory.
∎ Must be conversant with the concept of Sales and Marketing objective, systems & procedures of garments accessories buyers.
∎ Must be dynamic, self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Having sound knowledge on Customer Service, Sales and Marketing conceptual skills.
∎ Must be excellent in MS Word, Excel, Power point and E-mail.
∎ Good command on spoken & written English and Bangla.
∎ Strong communication and multitasking skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Job Location: Mouchak, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
