Responsibilities & Context:
Must be able to perform Night Shift 8pm-8am or rotational shift
Workable 12 Hours for shifting 8pm-8am, 12pm-12am GMT+6
Your duty is to ensure the response to customer is prompt (below 3 minutes), deposit money approval time less than 3 mins and withdrawal approval time less than 5 mins.
To always create conversation and remain interactive with customers.
To always prioritise using voice message when interacting with customers.
Compulsory to perform sales and conversion. It is expected of you to do at least 5 conversions per day.
To update new customer whatsapp number in backoffice's note and google sheets.
Your webcam must be switched on all the time during your working hours.

No annual leave Under probation USD250 per month, after probation wages USD300 per month Work from home wages will be paid by weekly One day rest day per week Cannot select rest day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
