- Languages: Fluent in English (reading & writing) and native Bengali Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; typing speed of 15 WPM+ in English and Bengali
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to hard work; quick learner
- Equipment: Must have a personal computer and stable internet

Responsibilities & Context:
- Make 100+ daily calls, achieving 4.5 hours of talk time .
- Create engaging voice messages for tele sales
- Collect customer phone numbers during Live chats

Compensation: Starting at USD 250/month during probation, increasing to USD 300 + commission post-promotion Benefits : One unpaid rest day per week Immediate start for the right candidate 1 rest day a week (unpaid rest day) Wages during probation is USD 250 per month.
