Requirements:

• Language Proficiency : Must be fluent in English (reading and writing) and a native speaker of Bengali (Bangladesh).
• Technical Skills : Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Excel.

Work Ethic:

• Strong commitment to hard work and a fast learner.

Home Office Requirements:

• Must have a personal computer and a stable internet connection.
• Ability to work from home for a minimum of 3 months.

• Your duty is to make voice messages and tele sales by calling customer to close the sales
• You have to make 100 calls to customers in a day. The total talking duration must be 4.5 hours.
• One of your responsibility is to get the phone numbers from the customers in Livechats.
• You must then proceed to make calls to the customers
• Your webcam must be switched on all the time during your working hours.
• For permanent employees only. No students allowed.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Shift: 11 AM - 9 PM GMT+6 (2 hour breaktime included)

Employment Type: Permanent (No students)

Probation Period : 3 months or more

Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ calls to customers daily, achieving a total talking duration of 4.5 hours daily.
• Create engaging voice messages and conduct tele sales to effectively close sales.
• Collect phone numbers from customers during Livechats and follow up with calls.

1 rest day a week (unpaid rest day) Wages during probation is USD 250 per month. Wages after promotion is USD 300 + commission.
