Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
    • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics
  • Bachelor/Honors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (preferred).

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence.

  • Visit individuals and corporate clients to promote and cross-sell banking products.

  • Conduct field visits to identify prospective customers and new business opportunities.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Achieve individual sales and collection targets as set by management.

  • Prepare short- and long-term sales forecasts to support marketing plans.

  • Assist in strategy formulation for business growth and recommend operational improvements.

  • Analyze competitors and identify new market opportunities.

  • Supervise agent banking outlets to ensure compliance with bank policies and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

  • Ensure account opening, deposit mobilization, and activation programs for financial inclusion.

  • Monitor and optimize the productivity of centers to ensure seamless operations and maximize efficiency.

  • Oversee the physical environment of agent centers to maintain service standards.

  • Ensure risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness at all times.
