∎ Must have a good communication skill in both English and Bangla. Basic Computer and internet knowledge. Managing our Social Medias, reply customers and entry orders.Packing orders

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Face to Face Customer Support.
∎ Receive customer's phone calls and answer queries;
∎ Customers schedule according to the day and time;
∎ Regularly maintain and update customer's database based on information;-
∎ Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty;
∎ Manage customers complains accordingly;
∎ Ensure customer services according to the given requirements;
∎ Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.
∎ Others activities as advised by supervisor and management;
