∎ Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure effective performance.
∎ Developing plans aligned with the unit’s goals and ensuring their execution.
∎ Maintaining high standards of quality in all operations and services.
∎ Create regular progress reports.
∎ Analyze performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Address challenges quickly and effectively.
∎ Make decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
∎ Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
∎ Help solve customer problems or complaints effectively.
∎ Give accurate information about products or services.
∎ Guide customers in understanding features, pricing, and processes.
∎ Ensure works are completed accurately and efficiently.
∎ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
∎ Document issues and solutions for future reference.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Provide updates on issues or requests they’ve raised.
∎ Stay polite, calm, and helpful in all interactions.
∎ Represent the company positively at all times.
