∎ • Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

∎ • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
∎ • Help solve customer problems or complaints effectively.
∎ • Give accurate information about products or services.
∎ • Guide customers in understanding features, pricing, and processes.
∎ • Ensure works are completed accurately and efficiently.
∎ • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
∎ • Document issues and solutions for future reference.
∎ • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
∎ • Provide updates on issues or requests they’ve raised.
∎ • Stay polite, calm, and helpful in all interactions.
∎ • Represent the company positively at all times.
