Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure strong brand visibility in social media platforms.
∎ Build a community to ensure sustainable relationship with brand in digital platforms.
∎ Provide valid information to the stake holder.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to build long-term customer relationships.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons through the internal system for further investigation.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and an enjoyable experience in a professional manner.
∎ Prepare query management report to measure the KPI's.
∎ Other related tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners.
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline.
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking and compliant with business ethics.
