∎ Assist customers with locating items, explaining store layouts, and providing information about promotions or discounts.
∎ Ensure customers receive quick and efficient assistance, creating a positive store environment.Handling Customer Complaints:

∎ Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Supervisor or Store Manager when necessary.

∎ Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of store products, services, promotions, and policies to better assist customers.
