Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline,BBA & MBA in marketing is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving patients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ Relationship development with patient & visitor.
∎ Must be well conversant while attending incoming and outgoing calls.
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic to ensure the quality of service to our patients/ clients, problem identification and resolution.
∎ Maintain records related to Clinical Operation
∎ Keep note and pass them to the proper authority.
∎ Maintain systemic filing of all kind of patient documents.
∎ Prepare daily reports / documents.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential patient to achieve maximum potential of the clinic.
∎ Perform other helpful activities for organization as required.
∎ Have mentality to work extra time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent English Fluency & writing skill
∎ Fresher are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have computer knowledge
∎ Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing will add extra privilege
∎ Experience in the following area(s): Hospital Marketing will have considered as additional qualification.
