Creative Tours & Travels is a renowned travel agency where visitors come for expert guidance on travel, visa, and tour planning. We help travelers explore destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and more — offering affordable tour packages, visa processing, and all kinds of travel support. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) who can confidently attend calls, guide walk-in clients, and provide excellent counseling for their travel needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information about our services, tour packages, and visa processing.
  • Ability to work with monthly target following KPI.
  • Welcome and counsel walk-in clients about travel opportunities, documentation, and packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain client records and follow up with leads to close sales.
  • Work closely with the team to meet sales and service targets.
