  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and team spirit.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team covering SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email, influencer marketing).
  • Oversee brand positioning and storytelling across all digital platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Ensure efficient use of marketing budgets with data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align strategies.
