Our customer relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for maintaining and improving customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, generate sales and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

• Providing support: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing information and advice.

• Analyzing data: Analyzing customer data to identify patterns and insights.

• Developing strategies: Developing strategies to meet customer needs and expectations.

• Collaborating with other departments: Working with other departments to improve the customer experience. 

• Monitoring competitors: Monitoring the organization`s business competitors to improve the organization`s business operations.

• Conducting surveys: Conducting quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction.

• Promoting the company: Participating in meetings, trade fairs, and events to promote the company`s products and services
