Responsibilities & Context:
Context:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and friendly female candidate to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive / Sales Coordinator. The ideal person will handle customer service and sales support, as well as communicate with distributors to solve issues and help set up new ones.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers over the phone, email, and social media in a polite and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
Handle customer complaints and forward them to the proper department.
Confirm bookings and appointments through calls, messages, or online platforms.
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure quality service.
Report regularly to the supervisor or management team.
Work with internal departments to solve customer or distributor issues.
Communicate with distributors to find problems and help set up new distributor connections.
Maintain customer and distributor information in the system.
Follow standard procedures (SOPs) for communication.
Be flexible to do any other task given by the management.
