  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities & Context

  • Respond to incoming messages and phone inquires
  • Determine to support or assist customers after sales
  • Handle & Manage Logistics Calls (Courier & Riders)
  • Manage Courier entries and Delivery Confirmation
  • Keep Track of Inventory to ensure stocks
  • Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources
  • Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly sales reports
  • Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicates issues with the team’s help
  • Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management
  • Understand the needs of business customers
  • Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system
  • Review your own sales Performance, aiming to meet sales targets
