∎ Graduate in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promptly responding to customer inquiries.
∎ Communicating with clients via several channels.
∎ Responding to and resolving client questions.
∎ Having in-depth knowledge of Laboratory Equipment's and Life Science Products to answer questions.
∎ Process orders, applications, paperwork, and requests.
∎ Documenting consumer contacts, transactions, remarks, and complaints.
∎ Offering feedback regarding the effectiveness of the customer service procedure.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and offer expert customer service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fast typing speed
∎ Basic knowledge of computer and expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Graphics Design, Etc
∎ Applicant should be smart, energetic, self-motivated, target orientated, and willing to travel all over Bangladesh
∎ Fluency in English
