We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via inbox, calls, and social media

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly

• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain customer records and follow-up regularly

• Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve sales targets

• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge in Skincare Sector

• Past working experience on similar sector

• Must be punctual and flexible regarding time schedule

• Good in sales and customer manipulation

• Able to work under pressure
