Requirements:

• Must have knowledge in Skincare Sector

• Past working experience on similar sector

• Must be punctual and flexible regarding time schedule

• Good in sales and customer manipulation

• Able to work under pressure

We are looking for a responsible and active Moderator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via inbox, calls, and social media

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly

• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain customer records and follow-up regularly

• Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve sales targets

• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
