Customer Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Face-to-Face Customer Support
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers.
∎ Product receive and delivery for servicing.
∎ Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.
∎ Handle customers with effective communication skills.
∎ Provide product information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
∎ Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Should have good knowledge of MS Office
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
∎ Must have multiple-tasking abilities
∎ The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
Salary: Tk. 14500 - 15500 (Monthly)
