∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Understand advanced principles of Air Conditioning
∎ Ability to install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot equipment
∎ Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
∎ Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
∎ Ability to work independently without supervision
∎ Ability to complete the work timely.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise service partners and service experts for day-to-day assigned tasks.
∎ Manage the team to ensure standard after-sales service to clients.
∎ Provide technical support for the technicians.
∎ Monitor dress & safety measures for service experts.
∎ Prepare and analyze the fault report and inform the core team.
∎ Maintain spare parts and inventory-related transactions.
∎ Co-operate with accounts & inventory and customer care for smooth sectional operation.
∎ Monitor corporate clients, and provide requirement accessories as well by site visits.
∎ Communicate with the BM, corporate service team, and operation coordinator for instant solutions to any raised issues at the service point.
∎ Report on product, market & process development scopes to the technical supervisor.
∎ Visit different showrooms to find out the scope of service development.
∎ Check the bills, update WCRM daily, and report to the technical supervisor.
