∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Must have communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning.
∎ Conduct training needs analysis and develop appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organization.
∎ Plan and design annual training calendar and arrange training program as per plan.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Preparing annual training budget.
∎ Evaluate training program's effectiveness in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
∎ Provide coaching, developmental support and guidance to new joiners / employees and acting as a resource person as needed.
∎ Develop strategies in the change-management area.
∎ Identify needs based on individual development plan, performance review and job analysis in consultation with the departmental heads.
∎ Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners and coordinate induction program.
∎ Develop a culture of learning and growth with a specific focus on developing a Proactive Culture.
∎ Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
∎ Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
∎ Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
∎ Deliver training sessions to employees using various methods such as workshops, presentations, and e-learning modules.
∎ Maintain training records and prepare reports as needed.
∎ Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales training programs to enhance sales team performance and exceed revenue targets.
∎ Analyze sales team performance data to identify areas for improvement and design targeted training interventions.
∎ Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with organizational goals and market dynamics.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
∎ Utilize innovative training methodologies and technologies to create engaging learning experiences.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the sales team.
