∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Sales Development
∎ a. Support the efforts of sales development in the Bangladesh market and take responsibility for assigned sales goals and activities of the Company.
∎ b. Work as a team member of the local team to promote Company solutions and services and selected complementary solutions to the end-users of Bangladesh.
∎ c. Assist to qualifying, scoping, assessing and closing sales opportunities.
∎ d. Assist to the all team members for project scoping and development and execution of selected major opportunities.
∎ e. Assist other team members to analyze, define and maintain a rolling average of sales meetings per week and proposals sent per week, to achieve revenue goals.
∎ 2. Community Engagement
∎ a. Promote company initiatives and activities to users and potential market segments through activities and campaigns, such as message development, social media content creation and media outreach.
∎ b. Provide support to team members in organizing events and preparing supporting materials for engagements and local training (such as printing and binding of training materials or other marketing material).
∎ 3. Sales and Project Administration
∎ a. Documenting all local financial transactions and sales records, in collaboration with the regional team
∎ b. Keep and maintain inventory lists of office equipment.
∎ c. Keep track of close dates and key dates of sales opportunities and service project milestones, to escalate reminders to appropriate end-users, partners as well as internal team members.
∎ d. Assist to prepare and submit reports on progress of all events and activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ - The candidate must have 3 years of working experiences in product marketing and managing accounts
∎ - Knowledge on salesforce or other accounting packages will be added advantages
∎ - Efficiency in English and Bangla is must

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 30,000-40,000 BDT/month however, experienced candidate can be considered for higher amount

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ No festival bonus will be given.
