Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide efficient and courteous customer service to clients on all aspects of our real estate services.
∎ Field incoming calls, respond to client enquiries, and maintain client relationships with proper follow-up calls.
∎ Collaborate with clients to expedite and enhance property sales activity. Assist in scheduling real estate showings and client meetings.
∎ Complete product delivery cycle, hence complete tangible sales.
∎ Maintain sales targets month on month and be eager to meet assigned KPI.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with flexible work hours and in a team environment.
