∎ • This is a full-time position that has to work with patients.
∎ • Provide the best services to the patients and the attendant of the patients.
∎ • Should be experienced in working in the call center, customer care and reception.
∎ • Preference will be given who has experience working in the hospital.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The candidate has to handle inbound and outbound call
∎ • Making IPD/OPD bills
∎ • Call the patients for an appointment
∎ • Call the patients to remind them of the follow-up call
∎ • Conduct survey via telephone
∎ • Answer the queries of the patients.
