Experience:

Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner upon arrival.
Guide patients through registration, appointment scheduling, and service processes.
Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, pricing, and timelines.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintain proper records of patient interactions, feedback, and service issues.
Ensure patient waiting areas are organized and comfortable at all times.
Follow up with patients when required to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
Support call center or front desk operations as needed (inbound/outbound communication).
Uphold company policies, service standards, and confidentiality of patient information.
