• Very good communication & presentation skill to effectively interact with clients and peers.

• Should have workable experience & knowledge in Real Estate sector.

• Should be well organized in discharging responsibilities.

• Providing technical advice to the customers while customizing and finalizing the requirement of finishing works for a commercial projects or apartments of a residential project.

• Keeping constant liaison with the engineering department to ensure that clients' requirement are fulfilled.

• Monitoring the work progress and assessing the finishing work quality so that the project or apartments meet the clients' requirement.

• Checking project or apartment physically to ensure that correct quality materials are used as per requirement of the customer.

• Communicating customers time to time to appraise customer about the work progress and physically show them the progress of finishing work if necessary.

• Develop good public relation with all stake holders and customers by effective inter personnel communication skill.

• Responding to any customer complaints and take effective measure to solve the issue.

• Preparing the cost analysis for the optional and modification work as per requirement of the customer

• Co-ordinating with construction division for maintenance services for all handed over projects of the company for a period as per agreement made with clients of these building projects.

• Get approval of finishing items from customer for each project.

• Any other task given by the management.
