Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Material Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3M, H.B fuller, NANPAO, Selic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare market competitive formulations for "Solvent Based Adhesives-Synthetic Rubber, Graft, PU and others" according to customer specifications.
∎ Modify formulations according to customer and market demand changes.
∎ Sourcing of right raw materials and machineries
∎ Develop process for production of adhesives
∎ Set up laboratory for testing of adhesives raw materials and finished goods
∎ Work in maintaining and controlling adhesive quality standards.
∎ Develop and train R&D team
∎ Assisting in solving product related problems at customer end.
∎ Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing process
∎ Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
∎ Establish safety procedures for those involved with chemicals
∎ Develop compliances for adhesive manufacturing.
∎ Developing FG and RM handling procedure.
