∎ Masters in any discipline from a recognized university. Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced candidates and community members.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure high quality service delivery to the brothel residents and their partners
∎ Supervise all CSC staff, ensure safety and security of CSC, oversee project activities, and generate monthly reports.
∎ Mange CSC based administrative and finance related works through maintaining project compliance
∎ Organizing different CSC based events
∎ Maintain functional networking and liaison with the local stakeholders
∎ Conduct/assist in analysing local stakeholders' and prepare plan for regular/periodic sensitization and advocacy events
∎ Work closely with the brothel based CBOs to strengthen meaningful CBO engagement
∎ Analyse CSC performance and make team understand about the next steps/work plan and ensure continuous support to achieve result
∎ Organize and coordinate training as necessary and do follow up of training outcome
∎ Make sure clinical services are providing in line with the guideline/SOPs
∎ Work closely with the GO/NGO service providers for strengthening referral linkage keeping sustainability in mind
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years of working experience in similar position in the arena of Health/HIV/SRH is required
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 24576 (Monthly)
