Experience:
Recover overdue payments from delinquent dealers to ensure healthy cash flow and reduce bad debts.
Prepare and implement contingency plans to mitigate credit and operational risks, ensuring a high-quality loan portfolio.
Develop and maintain an efficient credit approval process that thoroughly assesses client character and repayment capacity.
Monitor and follow up on credit defaults and written-off accounts by conducting daily to monthly analyses; report issues, exceptions, and severity levels to the supervisor.
Collaborate with the Risk Management team to identify and evaluate current and potential credit risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to assess market competition and adjust credit strategies accordingly.
Conduct regular field visits to dealers for credit follow-ups and report their current status to the supervisor.
Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare risk assessment reports with actionable recommendations.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management to support credit control and recovery objectives.
