• Basic accounting practices
• Office administration procedures
• Practical use of Excel and accounting software
• Understanding VAT & Tax basics (BD context).
Office time: 9 to 6
Weekend: Friday
1. Assist in maintaining daily office administration work
2. Support accounts team in data entry of bills, vouchers, and expenses
3. Help prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
4. Maintain files and records (hard copy & soft copy)
5. Assist in cash handling and petty cash record keeping
6. Support attendance, leave, and basic HR documentation
7. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
8. Assist in bank-related tasks (deposit, statement collection, etc.)
9. Help prepare simple reports using MS Excel
10.Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and bills
11.Maintain office supplies and stationery records
12.Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor
