Job Context:
∎ SUCHANA SAMAJ UNNAYAN SANGSTHA (SSUS) is a local NGO working in Panchagarh District since 1996. SSUS has been implementing Microfinance Program in Panchagarh District. The program is funded by PKSF. SSUS invites applications from suitable candidates for the following position.
∎ Job Location: Boda, Panchagarh

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 47 years
∎ At least 12 years of work experience in Microfinance Program as Area/Regional Manager or relevant post of PKSF funded NGO.
∎ Experience in implementing , monitoring and reporting of Microfinance program.
∎ Experience in minimum 10 Microfinance Branch handling.
∎ Experience in providing capacity development support to Staff .
∎ Knowledge and experience in using ICT Based MFI Software/Automation.
∎ Strong management and coordination skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to hard work as Team Leader with Staffs
∎ Ability to take new initiatives and willingness to take new challenges
∎ Computer skills, particularly in MS Office and data analysis
∎ Ability to produce report within deadline

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
