Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/University degree in Finance or any other relevant discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Run postpaid bill collection processes through business partner and sales channels.
∎ Ensuring that collection and debt recoveries processes are followed and that it is in line with compliance guideline.
∎ Customer segmentation as per revenue, collection & credit behavior for Enterprise Segment
∎ Confirm appropriate credit requirement is in practice at dial level.
∎ Reviewing credit for individual postpaid and corporate houses on quarterly basis and update credit facility to manage risk.
∎ Study debt reports on daily basis, to ensure collection of postpaid aging bill, identify concern accounts where collection is hindering and work with Enterprise Business and business partner to resolve disputes.
∎ Identify doubtful accounts & implement agreed strategies to restrict them from moving to potential bad debt bracket
∎ Identify probable dormant & churned MSISDN take measures to ensure debt remains in minimum level and explore opportunity to retain them in Banglalink network.
∎ Oversee the retention drives performed by the business partner
∎ Setup strategy for collection campaign in collaboration with business partner and guide them to achieve company set goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years' data analysis experience in a proven environment is preferable
∎ Required Capabilities

∎ Strong understanding of overall Credit Management activities
∎ Customer obsessed
∎ Excellent project management & communication skills
∎ Strong planning & reporting skills
∎ Proven ability to perform well under pressure and highly self-motivated
∎ Works well with a diversity of people and has strong demonstrated collaboration skills
∎ knowledge of using recent data technology like SQL, Python, Tableau and Micro-strategy also preferable.
∎ Multi-lingual, English in addition to local language preferred
