• Age At least 40 years

• Credit assessment capability
• Skilled in loan selection

• To analyze and evaluate loan proposal as per SF`s lending regulations and product program guidelines.

• To evaluate the creditworthiness of prospective clients and projects and verify the information provided by the loan applicants by visiting the business premises physically. 

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements of different business in diverse industries.

• Reviewing loan documents and ensuring accurate documentation against the credit granted. 

• Preparation and review the loan applications and recommendation of loan facility. 

• Responsible for quality of loan portfolio for the responsible regions. 

• To ensure collection from the clients in their designated region and help the responsible personnel in the process. 

• Overdue (OD) clients visit and assists the designated officers with the effective collection plan, if necessary. 

• Preparing monthly visited clients report, rejected clients report, Overdue (OD) clients report etc.

• Maintaining effective communication with the supportive programs of SF.

• To promote the organization at the field level and make efforts to establish good relations with the clients. 

• To assist on specific projects or tasks as per the management’s requirement.
