Education:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or Graphic Design.

• However, academic degree is not a barrier for highly skilled and experienced candidates with a strong portfolio.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in visual, motion, or multimedia design

• Must have a well-organized portfolio demonstrating real client/commercial projects

• Should have knowledge of modern AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.)

• Must be punctual, proactive, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced agency environment

• Must be capable of working independently and within a team

• Should be open to client feedback and revisions with a problem-solving attitude

• Must be able to join immediately or within a very short notice

• Candidates without real experience or portfolio are discouraged from applying

• Strong communication skills in Bengali and English (written & verbal) is a plus

• Experience working with marketing teams or branding campaigns is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality static and motion visuals for digital campaigns, branding, and ads

• Develop 2D and basic 3D animation (product showcase, reels, explainers, etc.)

• Work closely with Creative & Marketing teams to deliver impactful visual content

• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance creative workflows

• Collaborate on ideation and pitch presentations with moodboards and mockups
