• Develop creative visual content (graphics, videos, animations, etc.) for digital and print platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Media & Campaign Management
• Plan, coordinate, and execute media campaigns across social media, websites, and other channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
• Customer & Community Engagement
• Manage online communication with customers and followers.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback on digital platforms.
• Project Coordination
• Work with designers, videographers, and other creatives to deliver projects on time.
• Maintain schedules, deadlines, and workflow for media projects.
• Brand & Market Research
• Research industry trends, competitor media strategies, and audience preferences.
• Suggest innovative approaches to improve engagement and brand presence.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Track performance of media campaigns (social media reach, engagement, conversions).
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Administrative & Support Tasks
• Maintain digital asset libraries (images, videos, templates).
• Support events, promotions, and other communication activities.
