Experience:
MFA from DU or any reputed University OR bachelor in Fine Arts along with a degree in Television, Film & Photography. An MBA (major in Marketing/Communication) will add value.
Agency background is preferred.
10 /12 years relevant experience and at least five years in similar managerial position.
An impressive portfolio of brand and marketing materials produced by the candidate.
Proven record of having experience as a creative head or in a similar creative role.
Hands-on experience in creative process, video making, graphic design and brand development.
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premier Pro, etc.
Brand Building Idea Generation and to develop Creative Design Concepts for bti & all other brands (for all communication media and all platforms)
Develop design concept for Events (Official sales launch, corporate events, and multiple projects merchandising)
Generate Idea and develop design concepts for all saleable projects of bti and all other brands which includes all sales promotional materials such as Brochures, flyers, press ads, digital ads, OVC, sales board, Fencing, etc.
Ideation and develop design for Head office and site merchandizing
Supervise the creative team of 10-15 pesons which includes copy writers, visualizers, Motion Graphics visualizers, video content creators. This supervision will incude explaining the design idea among the team members and to get the job done by them.
Ideation and script writing for brand building video communication and arrange shooting (inhouse & 3rd party), editing etc.
Staying up-to-date with latest marketing trends and social media trends. Also to be updated on the technologies used in advertisement practices.
Always keeping an eye on the competitors and to be updated on what competitors are doing to create innovative communication.
