Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute visually stunning graphics for daily social media posts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
∎ Conceptualize, design, and layout brochures, leaflets, and other marketing materials that effectively convey our brand's message and objectives.
∎ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and campaign goals.
∎ Generate fresh and innovative ideas that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
∎ Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual language throughout various projects.
∎ Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into your work to enhance the overall aesthetic.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
∎ Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, adapting designs as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
∎ Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
∎ Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design solutions while working within brand guidelines.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality output.
∎ Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for designing engaging content.
∎ A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Portfolio submission is required to demonstrate design skills and creativity during the application process.
