Job Context:
∎ Ignition Marketing Limited (Sister Concern of Talent Centric) is a digital marketing agency. We are seeking a highly creative Event Planner to join our team and help us design and execute exceptional events.
∎ Working Days and Time: 5 days a week (Sunday-Thursday) (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka-1212, Baridhara, Block-J, Progati Sarani
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop event concepts and themes that align with clients' needs, preferences, and budget.
∎ Create engaging and creative content for events, including social media posts, event descriptions, promotional videos, and other marketing materials.
∎ Collaborate with other team members to ensure that content reflects the desired tone and style.
∎ Stay up-to-date with trends in event marketing and incorporate them into content strategies.
∎ Manage social media accounts and create content that engages and expands our audience.
∎ Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, decorations, and entertainment.
∎ Create event proposals that include venue options, vendor recommendations, decoration concepts, entertainment ideas, and other creative elements.
∎ Oversee the setup and execution of events to ensure that all aspects of the plan are executed smoothly and to the satisfaction of clients.
∎ Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of progress and to address any concerns or issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
