Job Responsibilities:
∎ Write creative and compelling social media content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
∎ Conduct research on industry trends and use this information to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
∎ Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of all social media content.
∎ Collaborate with the social media team to develop and execute creative campaigns and promotions.
∎ Work with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers to create visual content that enhances written copy.
∎ Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
∎ Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust content strategies as needed.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on content creation.
∎ Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
∎ Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze data.
∎ Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
∎ Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to apply them to social media content.
∎ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
