Additional Requirements:
Trend-savvy and digitally aware of viral formats
Strong in storytelling, scriptwriting, slogan/hook ideation
Excellent Bangla and English writing skills
Understanding of brand positioning, marketing funnel, and audience behavior
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Copy.ai) a plus
Working knowledge of visual language (shots, transitions, mood, rhythm)
Experience preparing creative decks, campaign presentations
Attention to detail and originality is a must
No tolerance for recycled or outdated ideas
Responsibilities & Context:
We’re looking for a writer who can craft compelling brand stories, bold scripts, catchy captions, and smart AI prompts that fuel visual and audio content. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to create content for social media, ads, TVC/OVC, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Write original, high-impact scripts for: TVCs, OVCs, reels, brand films, promos, drama dialogues, talk shows
Write engaging copy and captions for: Static posts, motion graphics, posters, GIFs, and branded content
Develop content calendars and copy decks for retainer clients across FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube
Create effective prompts for AI tools (image, video, script) based on color, tone, and camera language
Collaborate with designers to align copy with visuals and creative mood
Build pitch decks, moodboards, and copy-driven presentations
Stay on top of trends, meme-culture, and evolving brand voice styles
Proofread, polish, and push creative boundaries-no generic content allowed
Handle client accounts and take content briefs, feedback, and revisions directly
