We are looking for an experienced, business-driven Creative Content Strategist who can align content planning, creative execution, and campaign strategy with client objectives and agency revenue growth.
This is a performance-focused, execution-oriented, and growth-driven role, offering long-term career development, strategic exposure, and the opportunity to directly contribute to client success and agency expansion.
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop overall content strategies aligned with brand objectives, business goals, and marketing funnels
Create short-term (campaign-based) and long-term (brand-building) content roadmaps
Plan and approve monthly and quarterly content calendars
2. Brand Voice, Tone & Messaging
Define and maintain brand voice, tone guidelines, messaging hierarchy, and communication angles
Ensure consistency across all content formats and platforms
3. Campaign Concept & Content Direction
Translate campaign ideas into clear content angles, hooks, and storytelling structures
Provide unified content direction for ads, social media, websites, videos, scripts, and presentations
Collaborate closely with Creative, Art, and Video teams
4. Content System & Process Development
Develop and improve content workflows, briefing formats, approval processes, and revision systems
Reduce content chaos and establish scalable, repeatable systems
5. SEO & Performance-Oriented Content
Plan SEO-driven and conversion-focused website, landing page, and blog content
Differentiate between branding content and performance-driven (lead/conversion) content
6. Content Quality Control
Review, refine, and optimize content produced by writers and copywriters
Ensure clarity, persuasion, CTA strength, flow, and overall quality
Take ownership of content standards and outcomes
7. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with the Business Development team to develop pitch decks, proposals, brand stories, and growth narratives
Coordinate with Creative, Digital, and Client Service teams for smooth execution
8. Client Understanding & Strategy Translation
Translate client briefs into strategic, actionable content directions
Balance client expectations with market reality and performance goals
9. Innovation & Market Insight
Track content trends, platform changes, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
Introduce innovative formats, storytelling approaches, and messaging improvements
10. Reporting & Accountability
Analyze content performance and provide strategic insights
Take ownership of content outcomes and justify strategic decisions to management
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and Performance capability) ·
