∎ Proficiency in interpersonal relationship skills and working in a team-        Coordination and communication skills with network members, partners, and relevant stakeholders
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent computer operating skills in MS Office application suite.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit company, involved in implementing health and family planning programs throughout the country, wishes to recruit the following position. The Company is implementing a project to set up a sustainable business model where affordable Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS) Tablet will be available for the pregnant women across the country. The Company is therefore, looking to recruit talented, and aspiring candidates who would perform the Tele-counseling and follow up activity of Tele-Jiggasha unit of MMS Project. The incumbents will be recruited initially for a two years period, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance.The incumbent will be responsible for responding quires of callers of the Tele-counseling center on health-related issues specially, Maternal Health including Child and Reproductive Health, TB, Adolescent Health and Hygiene. Candidate should have the ability to utilize technologies to document information into software & application during conversation. The incumbent will also make outbound calls to conduct survey to private sector network members/providers for various program aspects. S/he will develop professional relationship with the registered pregnant women through the Digital Interface System, so that the pregnant women can get optimum service and follow up the treatment compliance. This position will also be responsible to analyze and generate reports utilizing database software. The incumbents should be positive, caring, friendly and passionate about helping patients/callers.
