Additional Requirements:

• Age 24 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:

• Counsel students regarding any issue or query of studying abroad

• Counselor should have Positive helping attitude towards all clients

• Will be playing key roles in client’s understanding of study queries and other opportunities in abroad

• Handling a high volume of immigration related matters.

• Convince to clients by telemarketing with motivational capability.

• The Counselor should have Patience, time knowledge and teamwork capability

• Ability to take challenge to achieve the target.

• Attend students face to face/via phone/email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Follow up student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required. 

• Carryout the marketing promotions both offline & online

• Support and be active in education exhibition, fair, and seminar.

• Doing Face Live and Making Video Content for Promotion

• Perform any task assigned by the management
