Responsibilities & Context:
- Counsel students regarding any issue or query of studying abroad.
- Counselor should have Positive helping attitude towards all clients.
- Will be playing key roles in client’s understanding of study queries and other opportunities in abroad.
- Handling a high volume of immigration related matters.
- Convince to clients by telemarketing with motivational capability.
- The Counselor should have Patience, time knowledge and teamwork capability.
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the target.
- Attend students face to face/via phone/email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required.
- Carryout the marketing promotions both offline & online
- Support be active in education exhibition, fair, and seminar.
- Doing Face Live and Making Video Content for Promotion
- Perform any task assigned by the management.
