She will play a key role in understanding client needs, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms

• Understand client needs and provide appropriate consultancy services

• Maintain and update client records and ensure regular follow-ups

• Assist clients with required documentation and application processes

• Clearly explain service details to prospective clients in a professional manner

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth service delivery
