• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess academic background, career goals, and study-abroad preferences.

• Provide accurate, up-to-date advice on programs, universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes for target countries.

• Develop personalized study plans and recommend suitable institutions and courses based on students’ profiles.

• Guide students through application processes: document preparation, statement of purpose/essay review, recommendation letters, and timeline management.

• Assist students with standardized test preparation info (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, GMAT) and referrals to prep resources or partners.

• Monitor application progress, follow up with universities, and communicate offer/acceptance updates to students.

• Advise on financial planning: estimated costs, scholarship opportunities, and funding/loan guidance.

• Provide pre-departure briefings covering visas, travel arrangements, accommodation, cultural adjustment, and health/safety requirements.

• Maintain detailed, confidential student records and update the CRM system regularly.

• Build and maintain relationships with partner universities, agents, and local education stakeholders.

• Conduct outreach: seminars, webinars, school/college visits, and social media engagement to generate leads.

• Track industry trends, changes in admission/visa policies, and competitor offerings; share insights with the team.

• Meet individual and team targets for student enrollments, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.

• Provide post-arrival support and follow-ups to ensure student satisfaction and retention for future referrals.
