Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Orientation with BHB project activities
∎ Basic understanding on retail pharmaceutical sector in Bangladesh
∎ Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS etc.)
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
∎ Previous experience in working with the C-grade pharmacy technicians and or pharmacy owners
∎ Good technical understanding and willing to learn new hardware and software
∎ Displays cultural, gender, culture, religion, race, nationality, diversity and age sensitivity and adaptability.
